Something that makes me feel sad is when I look back on how many times I have gotten injured playing soccer. Although I have pushed through and came back every time, I always felt like I would have been even better than I am now If I never got hurt. It also hurts when I see other people that I know win tournaments that I haven’t won because it is really frustrating that I work so hard and all I have really gotten are injuries and 2nd place medals that I through away once I get them.

I have too many to choose from I really do not know. Pusha Man/Paranoia by Chance the Rapper is great because it is like two songs in one and its deeper meaning is so great because it starts off happy and fast and then turns really dark as he describes the struggles of growing up in south side Chicago that many people do not know about. Another great song is Mortal Man by Kendrick Lamar. It is extremely deep as he acts as if he is talking to Nelson Mandela and tupac in this song.

My most indispensable possession would be the pencil that I use in Mr. Hoffman’s 6th period class. This is my most prized possession because this is what I use to write with when I work on his video worksheets. These video worksheets are what I have dedicated my life to and my true passion is to watch Hoffman videos and write on worksheets every day of the week. Sunday through Saturday, with no breaks. This is my pencil, there are many like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my pencil is nothing, and without my pencil, I am nothing.

I would tell my great-great grandkids to listen to J Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Isaiah Rashad, JID, A$AP Rocky, Tyler the Creator, and Playboi Carti. They are amazing and without them I would probably be lost. They are great rappers and I would consider them the great rappers of our generation. To me, they are our generations Tupac, biggie, Eazy E, as well as many others. They are very lyrical as well.

Today I will talk about how sports affects my life. My room at home is very nice. I have sports things everywhere from footballs and basketballs to helmets and soccer jerseys. My room sometimes gets messy however and sometimes I get lazy when I have to clean it. I usually do not clean my room until my parents get really mad and make me clean it. I have a very cool room though.

My 4th blog post is on soccer. It is the greatest sport in the world. The World Cup is the biggest event in professional sports. It brings the world together. I think it makes it even better that it only comes around once every 4 years.

JID is a great rapper. He is the next Kendrick Lamar. His new album is very good. He is going to be at the top of the rap game soon. He is signed with Dreamville which is the same record label as J Cole. I recommend that you would go listen to him.

Today we are going to talk about the NBA. We have known that the NBA has been very lopsided for the past few years. The Golden State Warriors have been the most dominant team in the league. Many people think this is a bad thing but to me, I am on the opposite side. Although I am a big Lakers fan, I enjoy watching the Warriors play because I appreciate Greatness. People may not enjoy watching their dominance but to me, we are witnessing one of, if not, the greatest teams in the history of the NBA.

My first blog post will be about the future. The future of the NFL. I think that the game is getting too soft and the rules are changing at too rapid a rate. I believe that due to all the constant rule changes that are disallowing big hits and tackles, the game has had too much offense. Teams cant play defense any more for the most part. I have seen a trend of higher scoring games in the NFL, and the league has been marketing this. The media has been deeming these high scoring games to be exciting and fun but to me, I find this repetitive and boring. Myself, as well as many other football fans, enjoy watching great defensive plays that could potentially be game winning plays. I believe that seeing constant flags for any big hit or hard tackle makes the game extremely frustrating to watch and it is getting to the point where It is not even fun to watch anymore. The NFL is changing the game of football at too fast a rate.
