The Rams do not know how to run a team. The general management is terrible. They decided to go out and sign every big name free agent to win now. They have no depth, barely any draft picks, and the lowest salary cap in the NFL. On top of all this, Jared Goff, their quarterback, is on his last year of his rookie deal, meaning after the next year, the Rams may not have enough money to resign him. They have 1 more year to make a Super Bowl run and considering the level of competition in the NFC, I do not see them making it back to the big game.
